RECOMMENDATION 
Reject the claim presented by Sandra Perley related to a November 8, 2001 event, as recommended by the City’s third-party insurance adjuster, Contra Costa County Municipal Risk Management Insurance Authority and the City Attorney.

BACKGROUND
On March 26, 2002 Sandra Perley presented a claim against the City in unspecified damages for bodily injuries sustained in a traffic collision at the intersection of Concord Ave. and Walnut Boulevard. It has been determined that the site of the accident was not in the City limits.
