The Financial Services Division includes the following Finance functions: Accounts Payable, Grants, Payroll, Purchasing, and Utility Billing. The responsibilities include processing of the City’s payroll and accounts payable, procuring goods, services, and equipment for the City, applying for and administering grants, Finance Council/Administrative Policies, property and vehicle insurance updates, credit card and vehicle replacement administration, and Cost Allocation Plan preparation. The Utility Billing section is responsible for the billing and collections for water, sewer and solid waste services as well as collection and licensing of the City’s business license tax ordinance.
