Capital Improvement Program

CIP Process

When a CIP project is ready to bid, a public notice is posted in the legal section of the Contra Costa Times newspaper, various Builder's Exchanges are notified and plans and specifications are made available upon requests. Planholder Lists and Bid Results are available on the City of Brentwood’s website. Once the bids have been reviewed and verified, the contract is taken to the City Council for approval.
