The Parks and Recreation Department is dedicated to the wellbeing and quality of life of our community.  We provide the best in programs, parks and services at a great value to our customers.  Brentwood has 252.67 developed acres of parkland, nearly 100 award winning parks and facilities, 19.2 miles of beautiful trails, and 63 miles of bike lanes.  We offer over 100 recreational activities and events for people of all ages and interests.

Movie in the Park - "The Incredibles"

August 31, 2018 

The City of Brentwood is excited to announce our next Movie in the Park! "The Incredibles" will be shown in City Park on Friday, September 28th at 6:45 p.m. City Park is located at 710 Second Street and plenty of parking is available in the adjacent parking garage. Come before the movie for lawn games and music. Bring blankets, chairs, and a picnic and enjoy this FREE, fun, family event!

Coming Soon - Scarecrows in the Park

September 18, 2018 

Join the City of Brentwood this October for "Scarecrows in the Park". Design and build your own Scarecrow to be displayed in City Park beginning October 15th.

Scarecrows must be registered up with the Parks and Recreation Department. Fee is $16 per entry. Registration deadline is 5:00 p.m. on Friday, October 12th. Don't miss out! Online registration is available by clicking the link below.
