The 2nd Annual Community Day of Service was a Success!
On behalf of the entire Brentwood Community, we want to express our deepest appreciation to each and every one of you for your incredible efforts and participation in the 2nd Annual Brentwood Community Day of Service.
Thanks to the incredible efforts of more than 600 volunteers, this citywide initiative made a powerful impact through 25 diverse service projects. Volunteers collected over 1,500 pounds of trash, removed 15 tires from local creeks, assembled 200 kindness bags, wrote 350 letters and cards of encouragement, and donated 700 pounds of food and clothing. Additionally, several beautification projects helped refresh and revitalize public spaces throughout the City.
The incredible day of giving back would not have been possible without the leadership and dedication of Amy Tilley and Julie Deck. Your leadership and coordination have laid the foundation for a tradition of service that will continue to grow and thrive for years to come.
To the service groups, nonprofits, and volunteers, thank you for your incredible support and participation. Your willingness to roll up your sleeves and work side by side with your neighbors exemplifies the spirit of community and compassion that defines Brentwood.
We look forward to continuing this important work together in 2026.
