Please beware of fraudulent requests for payment. The City will never request that you send your credit card or bank information over the phone or via e-mail to pay permit fees, nor will we request a wire transfer. Payments are only accepted through our electronic permitting portal or by delivery to City offices in person or by mail. Please contact the Community Development Department at (925) 516-5405 with payment or billing questions.

Welcome to Brentwood’s Electronic Submittal Portal. We are now accepting all building permit applications electronically.
Please use the permit type that best fits the scope of your project. Choosing the correct combination will expedite the review of your project.
