OBTAINING A MOBILE VENDING PERMIT
Before applying for City of Brentwood Mobile Vending Permit, gather the following documents and have in pdf format.
What documents are required?
- Copy of valid City of Brentwood Business Tax Certificate. Click here to apply if you do not have a current City of Brentwood Business Tax Certificate.
- Copy of $1 million Liability insurance. Click here for a sample certificate of Liability Insurance.
- Copy of Valid Contra Costa County Health Department Permit for food related vending unless food is pre-packaged or non-refrigerated and food operation display area is 25 square foot or less or if selling produce is whole and uncooked.
- Photo Copy of Valid Driver's License.
