Radiant Convergence

The Sand Creek Median project called “Radiant Convergence” is being constructed by Artist Seth Palmiter of Motivated Metal.  This project will be installed on the Sand Creek Medium near the bypass. “Radiant Convergence” is a bold, powerful gateway that will provide meaningful cultural explorations to a broad audience. “Radiant Convergence” will depict a long horizontal span that mirrors Mount Diablo.

Funding

Funding for these projects comes from the Public Art Acquisition Fund. The Public Art Acquisition Fund consists of development fees collected for the acquisition and construction of Public Art and can only be used for public art projects.
